Shipping policy

We currently ship within the Netherlands only, but we’re working on expanding to more countries soon. Would you like to order from outside the Netherlands? Get in touch with us and we'll see what we can do!

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4.95. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €150 (NL only).

We aim to process and ship all orders within 10 working days.

As we work in small batches and keep limited stock, some items may occasionally need to be made with newly sourced materials. In these cases, we depend on our suppliers for material deliveries, and your order may take up to 2 weeks to process and ship.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
